Garlic Spaghetti

Instructions

  1. Cook spaghetti in a pot with boiling salted water according to package.
  2. Reserve 1/2 cup pasta water and set aside.
  3. Drain the pasta.
  4. In the same pot, heat the olive oil.
  5. Add the garlic and cook for about 30 seconds (make sure it doesn't burn).
  6. Stir in the pasta water, parsley, zest & spaghetti.
  7. Toss to coat.
  8. Season with salt & pepper then add the ricotta salata.
  9. Serve warm.
