Make your own Chamoy with this easy recipe! It's Mexico's favorite condiment used in so many ways: on fruit, drinks, snacks and even on main dishes.

1) To a pot, add dried apricots, prunes, jamaica, chili powder, sugar and water  2) simmer for 30 mins.

3) Add everything to a blender plus some lime juice and puree well.

4) Transfer to glass jars and store in refrigerator. It last about 2 months.
