Authentic Mexican Recipe

Start by placing the rice, cinnamon stick and water into a bowl. Cover and refrigerate overnight or a minimum of 4 hours

Let's Make Horchata!

In a blender, puree rice mixture until it's very smooth and forms a paste like texture.

Over a pitcher or bowl, strain out as much liquid as possible, pushing on the solids with a spatula or spoon.

Add the milks

Into a jar, stir in the evaporated and condensed milks, vanilla (optional), and water. Stir well.

Serve over ice & enjoy!!!
