Sweet Potato Tacos!


These Vegetable Tacos are so easy and delicious with just the right amount of spices. The veggies are super healthy and can be cooked in many ways! You can grill them, roast them or even sautéd in a skillet.

Black Beans

Frozen corn, limes & Spices 

Cut the veggies & season with chili powder, garlic powder, salt, paprika & pepper


Roast them in oven, grill them or saute 


Cut veggies into bite-sized pieces and add the black beans,


corn, cilantro, lime juice, and season with salt and pepper.

Serve with Queso Fresco, crema, hot sauce and a dash of lime juice. Easy peasy!
