Instructions
Cut the pineapple into chunks
Please the 4 cups of pineapple chunks in a blender with 1 or 2 cups of water.
Blend until smooth all of the chunks have blended. About 1 minute.
Strain mixture into a bowl then transfer the pineapple water to a pitcher. Skip this step If you want to keep the pulp in the drink.
Add the remaining of the water and sugar. Mix well.
Taste and add more sugar or water if needed.
Enjoy drink over some ice!

Notes
You can substitute the sugar with your favorite non calorie sweetener. Just start with a couple of packets and adjust to taste from there.Agua de Piña will last up to 2 or 3 days max in the fridge depending how ripe the pineapple was to begin with.
