Ingredients

tomatillos (about 9)
wash and cut in half

jalapeños
cut into chunks
3
serrano pepper
cut into chunks

onion
chopped

garlic clove

small bunch cilantro
salt & pepper

avocados, small to medium
cut in half, peeled and remove the pit.

Instructions
In a blender or processor, add the tomatillos, jalapeños, serrano peppers, onion, garlic clove and salt. Give it a quick blend.
Then add the cilantro and puree well.
Add the avocado and puree until smooth. Taste for salt and add more if needed according to taste.
Notes
This salsa will store well refrigerated for about 4 to 5 days.
