Spicy & Crispy Chickpeas

These crispy & spicy chickpeas (garbanzo beans) are oven roasted with only 4 ingredients making for a very healthy snack!

Ingredients

  • 2 15 oz cans cooked chickpeas
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • 1/4 tsp chili powder
  • kosher or sea salt to taste

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
  • Drain and rinse chickpeas and place on a baking sheet.
  • Bake for 30 minutes shaking the pan a few times throughout.
  • Take out of oven and toss them with the oil, salt and chili.
  • Bake for another 30 minutes shaking the tray a few times during this cooking time.
