Spicy & Crispy Chickpeas
These crispy & spicy chickpeas (garbanzo beans) are oven roasted with only 4 ingredients making for a very healthy snack!
Servings 6 servings
- 2 15 oz cans cooked chickpeas
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 1/4 tsp chili powder
- kosher or sea salt to taste
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
Drain and rinse chickpeas and place on a baking sheet.
Bake for 30 minutes shaking the pan a few times throughout.
Take out of oven and toss them with the oil, salt and chili.
Bake for another 30 minutes shaking the tray a few times during this cooking time.
