Baked Tortilla Chips

Make crispy & easy baked tortilla chips at home every time! Baking them it's the perfect way to cut back on calories and while keeping them delicious.

  • Baking tray


  • 12 corn tortillas
  • 2 Tablespoons vegetable or olive oil
  • kosher salt to taste


  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  • Spray the tortillas with olive oil lightly or brush them using a kitchen brush. Alternatively, you can use your finger to spread the olive oil evenly on the tortilla.
  • Cut into your desired shape and place in a single layer on a baking sheet 
  • Sprinkle with kosher salt to taste.
  • Bake for 12 to 15 or until the edges start to brown.


Be careful not to over bake as they may become dry. 
Store in airtight container for up to 2 weeks.
