Baked Tortilla Chips
Make crispy & easy baked tortilla chips at home every time! Baking them it's the perfect way to cut back on calories and while keeping them delicious.
Servings 6 people
- 12 corn tortillas
- 2 Tablespoons vegetable or olive oil
- kosher salt to taste
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Spray the tortillas with olive oil lightly or brush them using a kitchen brush. Alternatively, you can use your finger to spread the olive oil evenly on the tortilla.
Cut into your desired shape and place in a single layer on a baking sheet
Sprinkle with kosher salt to taste.
Bake for 12 to 15 or until the edges start to brown.
Be careful not to over bake as they may become dry.
Store in airtight container for up to 2 weeks.
