Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup old-fashioned oats raw
  • 1/2 medium banana fresh or frozen
  • 1/2 cup plain nonfat Greek yogurt
  • 3/4 cup frozen mango
  • 3/4 cup frozen strawberries
  • 3/4 cup almond milk or preferred milk
  • 1 Truvia Natural Sweetener packet or more to taste

Instructions

  • Place all the ingredients in a blender and mix for about 1 minute or until desired consistency has been reached.
