  • 1 large cutting solid cutting board
  • 1 large sharp chef's knife
  • 1 large bowl

Ingredients

  • 1 ripe pineapple

Instructions

  • Lay the pineapple side down on the cutting board, and cut the green crown of the pineapple then the bottom of the pineapple.

  • Cut the pineapple in the middle lengthwise.

  • Cut vertically straight through the core (center) of the pineapple. And then cut each half in half again, leaving you with four equal pieces.

  • Remove the core off by slicing in the middle and in an angle of each fourth and into wedges.

  • Lastly, slice the pineapple into the desired pieces and cut the skin off all at once by slicing off the flesh.
