What you need:

Fresh and ripe strawberries

Lime juice

Symple syrup

 1. Start by rinsing the strawberries until cold water. Then remove the green tops and slice into quarters (this will help the blending process).

Blend

Add the strawberries with water. Puree until you reach a smoothie consistency. Transfer the pureed strawberries to a large jar and add  simple syrup.

Serve

Refrigerate for at least one hour. Pour over ice cubes and garnish with chopped strawberries.
