What you need:

Masa flour or blue corn masa

Nopalitos, onion, tomato, cilantro

Refried black beans or pinto beans

In a large deep bowl whisk together the masa harina and salt. Mold the tlacoyo and place beans in the middle area.

Heat a comal, cook the Tlacoyos in batches. Place them on a plate lined with a kitchen towel and cover.
