Greek Yogurt Parfait

What you need:

Nonfat plain Greek yogurt

Lime zest, honey or maple syrup, fresh mint

Granola, kiwi, blueberries, cranberries, or your favorite fruit

Start by prepping the fresh fruit by cutting it into small bite pieces.

Cut

In a blender, puree half the diced kiwi or fresh berries. Set aside. In a small bowl, mix the nonfat Greek yogurt, lime zest, and honey. Fold the pureed fruit into the yogurt mix.

Blend

Layer the yogurt, granola and remaining diced kiwi or fresh fruit in small glasses or mason jars. Then sprinkle a little chopped mint on top of each fresh fruit layer.

Layer

Add more fresh fruit for the last layer and serve immediately.
