  • 2 cups chopped Jicama
  • 1 large jalapeno diced
  • ¼ cup chopped cilantro
  • 1 to 2 limes
  • salt to taste


  • In a medium bowl, add all of the ingredients and mix well. Add salt to taste.


It goes perfect with chips or seafood tacos
