Here’s a delicious Oatmeal Breakfast Smoothie to start your day off on the right foot! Made with old fashioned oats, Greek yogurt and fruit this healthy breakfast is a great recipe to keep handy when you want something quick and nutritious.
For me the New Year brings a desire to start fresh and eat healthy! This smoothie makes getting that extra dose of vitamins easy during your morning routine. Adding oatmeal to your smoothie will keep you feeling full longer plus it’s a great way to get additional fiber. I also love adding nonfat Greek yogurt since it’s higher in protein and has fewer carbs than regular Greek yogurt. Since the nonfat Greek yogurt is a little tart, I like to add one or two Truvia® Natural Sweetener packets to balance it out.

Oatmeal Breakfast Smoothie
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup old-fashioned oats (raw)
- 1/2 medium banana, fresh or frozen
- 1/2 cup plain nonfat Greek yogurt
- 3/4 cup frozen mango
- 3/4 cup frozen strawberries
- 3/4 cup almond milk (or preferred milk)
- 1 Truvia Natural Sweetener packet (or more to taste)
Instructions
Place all the ingredients in a blender and mix for about 1 minute or until desired consistency has been reached.
