Adding oatmeal to your smoothie will keep you feeling full longer plus it's a great way to get additional fiber. I also love adding nonfat Greek yogurt since it's higher in protein and has fewer carbs than regular Greek yogurt.

Oatmeal Breakfast Smoothie
- 1/4 cup old-fashioned oats raw
- 1/2 medium banana fresh or frozen
- 1/2 cup plain nonfat Greek yogurt
- 3/4 cup frozen mango
- 3/4 cup frozen strawberries
- 3/4 cup almond milk or preferred milk
- 1 Truvia Natural Sweetener packet or more to taste
