Mexican Food Blogs are an incredible source for finding authentic recipes that go beyond tacos and enchiladas. I love sharing easy Mexican recipes here at Muy Delish, but there’s even more delicious recipes all around the internet from some of my favorite friends, new and old.

Maggie is a first-generation Mexican-American blogger and her parents are from Durango, Mexico. Food is the center of her life and culture and has traveled throughout Mexico, sampling the unique foods of each region.
